My father committed his property to me, but expired suddenly without making will.

Now mother and 2 sisters are joined and want the property to be divided into 4 parts.

I have supported father in many family financial requirements like sisters marriage, education and medical facilities.

Mother doesnt want to use the father’s house for her stay but insists to sell it and split the recievables into 4, so taht she can pass on her share to the daughters and stay with them.
