If a person xyz and his ex girlfrnd Y (who was 4 years back) now married with a guy.Both have a kid. her hushband came to know about the relation when she confessed while she was having alcohol with her husband. Husband now threatens xyz of making complaint with police.

The xyz haven’t promised his girlfriend that he will marry her and had first itself told her that it wont be possible. The Girl y has married two years before the xyz got married. Now since the news is known to husband is there any way he will do a complaint against xyz. After marriage, the gal Y and xyz never had any relation or contacts.

xyz have photos which he have attended the gals wedding and also the last email which she had sent from her company ID telling that we know the relation will not work from beginning.

please advise.. can allegation of false rape can be framed ? she wont purposefully file a complaint. But her husband can force her to do.
