I was employed with an outsourcing company in Chennai from July 15th to January 29th.

I resigned the company formally sending a resignation letter on January 29th requesting to waive off my notice period.

The company HR considered my resignation and completed all the exit formalities on the same day.

When I spoke to the HR, she said MD wants to settled the salary after two months notice period including salary for the month of January.

I want the employer to settle three months salary. Could you please suggest how can I take legal action if they fail to settle my dues?
