Answering ‘to the question’, i would say that no documents are needed for you to stay with your girlfriend in a hotel. Now that’s the ideal answer to the minimal legal premise you provided in the question.
But if your GF is too young looking, then it is advisable that you produce any Id of her that would establish that she is above 18 [you know why?, rt :D]…
No one can arrest you under PITA Act just becoz you slept with ur GF. PITA only prohibits prostitution in public places or within 200 mts of a public place.
Even if a person sleeps with a prostitute, provided he satisfies the above condition, he is not violating any law in INdia.
Rest is cool… have a great time with your GF
