Dear sir,

I am doing job in private sector, before 3 years I had an accident, I was riding a motor cycle & on a sharp turn a high speed bolero vehicle dashed me & I fall down on ground, that vehicle was completely at my side & due to its drivers rash driving I critically injured & god big damage to my leg. That time nobody was their nearby to see the accident & within 5 minutes peaople came by running & saw me, but in mean time that vehicle went out & they didn’t lefted me, but I had recorded the vehicle number in my vice recorder by reading the vehicle number at the time of accident. We filled a case against them in court ,in criminal court as wel as for insurance. we gat insurance from the bolero vehicle but in criminal court because of lack of evidences with no vitness & evidence we lost our case. Now the opposition person are in the step of filling case against us how we put case against them?? also they are going to apply in court to give back that insurance amount to the insurance company as it is not proved that vehicle did tha accident. Please give me guidance what will happen if they will fill case against me? are they will ask for compansation because of trouble faced by them? Is this a crime done by me, I just dont have evidences , so is this a crime?? shall i get punish because of this??? my accident happend that time I dont had pressure but now for my future I am feeling very tense. I am not understanding what to do & what will happen…,
