I was married 1.5 yrs back . I applied for divorce in 4 months of marriage as my husband is not interested in marriage life. Initially they have said, they will become ex-Partee for divorce case . but after 6 month, thy appealed in court and started dragging case. For that we have put proof affidavit again which they are asking us to withdraw proof affidavit so that we will become ex-Partee like that. We are afraid to withdraw it as they can again cheat us. Then they asked us to put mutual divorce which was rejected with the reason of 2 years separation period is must for Christians. Not sure why my case was not accepted in lok adalat also. Could you please help me to proceed further.
