ours is joint family with mother,father brother,and his wife me and my wife along with children, my parents have taken some amount from other by keeping our house papers with promissory note and cheques, for some interest, but the have failed to pay there amount , please guide us how to deal with them, there are saying they will proceed legally , please give me your contact no so that i will contact personally.
