100 crores SCAM by presidents of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

This is a Writ filed by me against the Presidents of ICAI who were involved in the financial fraud. The details are enclosed in the attachment therewith.

The students can also be immensly benefited out of the live case proceedings.

Writ petition 5035 of 2013 was filed against ICAI presidents for indulging in financial scam running to several 100 of crores. honorable Madras high court passed as order impleading Central Bureau of investigation saying that all is not well with Insitute of Chartered Accountants of India (REfer to TOI report). We have attached the order copy and also the written arguments and also uploaded a lecture in the you tube which may be useful for students pursuing law as a live case study

I want to join you in your initiative against the corrupt presidents of ICAI. Its very unfornute that people are relying on us to cerify a clean financial statement and paying us hefty fees, and some greedy CA’a are creating ‘corruption’ and playing as apart of the corrupt corpoate machinery
