Dear Sir/Madam,

i.Stating that I and my family which include two aged, incapable persons who are compel to live continuously under the fear of being abused and harassed by the people which includes the local goon and neighbors’ who feel who should not hesitate to filthiest comment and language for us specially for me Day and Night and hell bent on making our life miserable or forced us to vacate the house or sell it at throw away prices.

ii.One neighbor, habitual criminal and running some rackets, used to abuse us after consuming alcohol, confessed in written to SHO for his unruly behavior in the presence of Ex.MLA, his local politician friends & Property dealers in 2002. After few days, he started again. The situation became so unbearable that we were compelled to contemplate the selling of our own house.

iii.In 2004, we sold our house to a person, who was a fake customer posed by the neighbor. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase a new house in very low price which was too less according to the market value. We had to give double amount of advance Rs.One Lakh. Sr. Citizens were not calculated in the society of bad elements.

iv.He installed devices after breaking, drilling the wall which picks up all the conversations that took place in our household. That the members of the locality gave their full support, just to derive some cheap fun by ridiculing the innocent family. In 2005, Police had registered a case u/s 509/34 against the four shopkeepers. In 2004 & 2005, there was complaint by about 100 people (we still do not know, even not seen them) to take revenge against my Sr. citizens parents that they tortured the people of the locality (who lived in different-different locality), when my father was bed ridden since four years due to leg operated twice-thrice, still unable to walk properly. Police never came to us; we were unaware about the complaints & were in doubt about their installed devices. In 2009, we received a reply from SHO through RTI, stating that ‘no cognizable offence’.

v.We are forced to bear the gravest mental torture twenty four hours as the accused have placed high tech devices (fixed & portable mode) in our side walls which are adjacent to them. Wireless Microphones/portable listening bugs, speech amplifier with tapped mobiles which works on the concrete wall too are employed by three sided & in front of the neighbors. They use filthy and slang language which no prudent man or women would bear, embarrassment of the highest order which spoils everything. Due to systematic &rigorous torture we lodged many complaints from SHO to Commissioner of Police who know everything.

vi.We met Mrs. Shila Dixit Mr. Kapil Sibel and other Sr. Politicians, nobody cared. Being out of options, in March’ 2011 we approached the Hon’ble Home Minister, HRC to Hon’ble President, PM, NCW, LG, Hon’ble Chief Justice of High Court, etc.

vii.We are under surveillance; Computer system and mobiles are under the monitoring, condition is very bad more than the in-house prisoner. Few persons (may be hired) transfer the audio signals from one place to another from the walls sides which are adjacent to us. Where I sleep, their two/three speakers continue whether online or offline. They ring my mobile twice or thrice in the mid night for which I have complaint to SHO but no action need to take.

viii.All the gang members are on the road, chasing us from house to destination, City to another City with the familiar voices. People speak from their houses and come out through the stalkers mobiles/devices. Many people who may be guard of Schools or Apartments or worker of Petrol pump; it’s their duty that I should listen the familiars’ voice through them. Anti-Stalking Cell has submitted fake report in the Hon.ble High Court, Delhi.

ix.The main figure & associates (Property dealers & Local Politicians are so resourceful, established contacts with my three employers (Webuniv Info Tech Ltd & Softdot Hi-Tech Institute, South Ex-1, & Govindam Business School, Patpatganj, Delhi). Due to my personal problem I was being harassed at my workplaces by educated ex-colleagues as well, forced to leave my jobs. Due to these wrongdoers and ex-employers I was unable to fulfill the experience criteria for CBSE, so that my selection had cancelled for IT Facilitator. Due to short experience I have lost many jobs. Employers & ex-colleagues are still involved with the wrongdoers through communication devices in ‘Safe & Sound’ mode. I issued Police Verification Certificate by Delhi Police. Their “Goondaraj” do not let me live even in jobs too. It’s very hard for me pass even the minute with floodgates of abuses and live remark on our house activity. I am jobless from the last two years and bearing financial loss.

x.Due to Police apathy huge network is gathered. People follow blind imitation in an others fold, I listen the people of locality through the walls inside the house. One case is registered by the PCR in 2013. Neighbors’ fought, injured me by cutting my finger in teeth.

xi.we filed a Civil Writ petition (In Article 21, Right to Privacy) in 2011, which was pending before the Hon’ble High Court, although we had gone there wrongly and filed an Application for Conversion of the Petition from Civil to Criminal but it is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file Writ Petition (Crl) which is pending before the Hon’ble High Court, Delhi.

We are breathing in risk and threatening where the environment is polluted for us. My life & Career is blocked due to their enjoyment & interference. I am confused & afraid about the fair investigation. Kindly help & guide me in this regard.
