My father and one other person started on small scale unit in partnership. This unit comes under Audyogik Vasahat, Baramati. Industrial plot is on lease. Now my father and partner is no more. We have 45% of shares in partnership. Industrial plot is of 9000 sqft. My partner’s family is not ready to transfer the plot to someone else. They are also not ready to buy my shares. They are also not selling their shares to me. Is it possible to separate the 4000 sqft( which is of my share) plot and make a separate lease deed with Audyogik Vasahat?. My partner family is not giving NOC. What legal action I need to take? Anyone knows the laws for Audyogik Vasahat?
