Hello,

I have purchased a under construction flat. After builder said he misplaced the agreement papers.Builder did police complaint for lost of papers and brought certified copy of agreement.

I also get the sanction letter from bank. But now bank agent says without original papers bank wont proceed for bank loan . So what should i do ?? Should i cancel my registration and again register by paying stamp duty again to get original papers ?? If yes is there any problem with twice registration on same property ??

Or should just go with another bank for loan ???

IS there any problem while resale this property if i dont have original papers ??
