My Father & Uncle (both are pass away), they sale 23 years back one agriculture land which is undivided property and all legal heirs above age of 21 years that time. only my father & uncle signed the same document. latest we found 7/12 extract of the said property. my question is we can filed suit against purchaser for revoke the same agreement.

It is possible? because my present family need of the said property so please assist me, and give me a opinion please.
