I am working as a lecturer in Degree college. One of my senior working as lecturer on deputation in another college which is situated in city. My wife is working in city. Based on spousal grounds a Govt order was issued for my transfer to city. In such case the fellow who is working on deputation will be terminated or not? if so what is the laws and rules?
