Dear Sir/Madam,

I got the web site from Google search and i am sure the lowers will help me in my bellow situation, kindly read the bellow problems and help me thru your valuable suggestion.

I gave Rs. 35000/- (Thirty Five Thousand) to a property dealer on dated 17/02/2010 for the purpose of purchase a land, but unfortunately i could not purchase the same due to some financial problem. When i go to the dealers office to return back my money, he runned me again and again since October 2010 and on the date of 31st August 2013 he issued me two cheques equal of 35000/-. when i present the cheques, it was bounced on dated 10th September 2013 by the reason of insufficient of funds in dealers account. Due to bouncing of cheques, i runned the dealers office again & again and heared that the owner has not come to the office since a long time, thatswhy i could not met him and i am sure he doesnot want to return me the money back.

Now i had expended Rs. 5000/- approximately during the visit of dealers office as road fare & other expenses (because

we are belongs from separate city of Odisha), also now i am living a harassment and tense life for the money back to me and want to take legal action against the property dealer.

I am humble requesting to you, kindly give there valuable suggestions about the leegal procisures to take the legal actions against him and where can i file the case/fir (becouse the dealer & i resident in different city in the state of odisha).
