My Mama was a defence person and under government scheme to provide land to defence personnel he got a peice of land alloted to his name and till today it is registered in his name.

One person has acquired that land and done some construction for professional purposes.Can you please tell me what I should do..Is there any other similar case in which some judgement has been done by court in India.This case is of Barabanki district in UP
