Paralegal help for 498a and sec 12 cases in India
I have a 498a and sec 12 against me and my family in Ajmer/Kishangarh.
At this point I have come to think (based on clear contradictions in opposition statements) that rather than winning this case I should focus on proving this conspiracy (using written arguments as much as possible). But in doing so I do not want to introduce new case. I just want to use existing cases to fight in such a way that it clearly shows there was a conspiracy visible.
