My brother started a new business with a cousin of ours, my brother and the cousins wife are directors in this Pvt Ltd company.

The company never took off and it lead to them having a sour relationship.

Now my brother wants to wrap up the company, but our cousin refuses to sign anything indefinitely, because he believes that this way he can harass us, not realizing that his wife is also equally responsible for everything.

My question is: Is there any way of forcing through a resignation, without the other directors signatures.

I would really appreciate if someone could answer my question or at least point me in the right direction
