I have booked a 2BHK flat at Rajnagar extension Ghaziabad, classic home. On the suggestion of one of my friend.A Authorized dealer Mr.Arvind Gautam mob-9582888621 from Sai property hub Vaishali met me for the booking of flat of Shreeenergybuildcon pvt ltd owned by Mr Paras jain one of the Director. Shree Energy Group H-95 sector 63 Noida UP.

A broker (Arvind Gautam)who said that all approval for classic homes

are on hand and ask to pay 10% as booking charge and another 10% after

2months than remaining as loan from Bank after possession . I made a

cheque-300109 of Icici Bank of Rs.198720.00/ Dated:12/11/2012 in favour of

Shreeenergybuildcon pvt ltd and handover to Mr. Arvind Gautam. I just got a receipt

with co stamp on copy of cheque and copy of application latter on my mail from Mr.Arvind Gautam.

After one months Arvind

told me that they will make sales deed ones the 20% will be deposited

within 2 months. In between I ask Mr Arvind to mail me the project

approval copy he said he will send it in few days of time I waited and

asked again but this time he told me that they have an issue with the

approval of building’s height for the project and this approval will

took another 2-3 months. After almost 4 months Mr Arvind told me That

project may need another 4 months or more to get approval from GDA

hence co-operate. After 8 months Arvind told me that project is closed

because of no approval. I with my colleague applied for refund of the

booking amount on 10/8/13 since then it is close to 4 months I am

regularly asking for the refund of my own money, MR Arvind Gautam is telling

that company is responsible for your money and he is not. Company

owner MR Paras Jain is not picking the phone-9810120040. I went to his

office many times but he is not available. Some of my colleague able

to get the booking amount refunded with the help of their strong

sources. I am just a simple man working in a company in

Delhi want my hard earned money back, just thought someday will have

my own house. I sincerely look forward for

help and advice for getting my own money back.

I am enclosing my booking documents for your referance.

Please advice me what to do now.
