My husband and me are joint property holder of a flat. Had some dispute between us and my husband sold his share of the flat to his friend. the flat is bought through my earnings and i still maintain the flat. I pay the property tax and maintance bills. how i claim back my flat. Without a NOC how a person can buy a non divideable flat. how to cancel the deed

The undivided premises cannot be sold without obtaining consent of other co-owner, you may get injunction from appropriate court for restraining the sale and also you may restrain any other person from rightful possession enjoyment of your flat premises.
