Hi Sir,

I am suppose to travel overseas during the period when registration of new house is to be done. I have already applied for home loan which is under process.

Is there a way where I can nominate some on else via power of attorney or any other legal way where nominated person can handle the registration process & other legal activity required for new house I purchased.

what would be implication?
