Am a Company Secretary Final Level student and undergoing training with Practicing Company Secretary who is more of a law practitioner than PCS. out of 15 months of training i have completed 10 months and in these 10 months i have worked more in liasoning with authorities like SEBI (Consent Order Proceeding), Regional Director (hearing of the shifting of RO) interpretations of various provisions of Companies act, SEBI Takeover Code, FEMA and Listing Agreements, making notes and presentations on various legal topics such as winding up, insolvency.

After these 10 months and being involved in such projects during my training, i feel like joining a Law Firm than going for corporate legal deppt. job.

Can any one please tell me whether i am eligible for working in a law firm with out being a law grad. i am looking forward to join Delhi University part time LLb program this year.
