I was removed from servies after ex-parte Departmental Enquiry .

DE commitee consisted of a legal officer i.e. law graduate , I was alone .

During DE I was not given subsistence allowancefor 3 years and DE was conducted ex parte .

Now I dont have money and I am required financial stringencies to file writ petition -in- person.

Will you Please provide me Supreme court and high court case laws pertinent to my case . And can I pray for damages for wasting my three youthful years as DE was not initiated and completed on time in addition to back wages ? And if yes. how much ?
