What happens if stay order on land
Actually we bought a land from Kovindsamy for Rs.2,50,000.He is having two sons and two daughters. We had sale agreement, then we came to know a loan was bought on this property in LD bank.Because of the sale agreement ending date we had an agreement i will pay the LD bank loan(1,10,000 with interest) and remaining amount i will settle(1,40,000) and we will do registration.Actually they planned not to give the land, unfortunately his younger daughter marriage was fixed at that time. They need money for that so they said ok for registration.Another issue came at that time one third party filed case against that property.Because of the sale agreement ending date i settled some money for the third party and case was withdrawn(35,000 no written proof for that). We did registration(October,2002) without his elder daughter(married), at that time she was in chennai.I got notice from LD bank that registration is not acceptable. Then i paid nearly half of amount(40,000) and the bank became silent.Total money i spent is 2,48,000 and with proof is 2,10,000.After three years(2006) LD bank loans are cancelled by Kalaignar it shows amount 1,10,000 in kovindsamy name documents were collected by them(thai pathram). He told documents has his brothers data so we will give you after some time.Unfortunately Kovindasamy expired. So i didnt get the document(Thai Pathram).Now(2013) elder daughter threatening that you did registeration without my signature,so i will file case and take stay order on land.So you should give the cancelled loan amount(1,10,000) with 2.5% interest. Please suggest me what can i do
