I was employed in March 2013 as DGM (F&A) with a Real Estate Limited Ltd. at Nehru Place, which was running under financial crisis since last so may years. Based on my experiences and contacts I helped the company by finding out the areas of concern and after correction arranged a finance from a reputed bank, I got promotion as GM (F&A) with increased salary, however the money was used by mgmt. on their own and again they asked me to arrange another finance latest by 30.09.13, the challenge I accepted and prepared the proposal and get the same appraised from branch but could not get sanction by 30.09.13, the MD abused me badly due to which I was forced to resign on 30.09.2013. Since then I am approaching the company to clear my dues, but they are not making payment. MD appointed another Financial Controller and beat him badly in his cabin on his failure too. I want to punish such employers, who treats their employees as their slaves. I was getting 1 lac pm and my salary for 28 days appx. 89,000/- is pending for Sep. 13. Please advise for proper legal action.
