Sri Dhruba Charan Sahoo,a workman and gen secretary of Orissa power generation corporation is dismissed from service since last 4 yrs. Labor Commissioner,Odisha has rejected and disapproved the action of the management.Since the Gen.Secy of the union is a protected workman express permission has to be obtained from LC as per the ID Act.For a filthy ground like criticizing the management for their rampant corruption and nepotism,mismanagement of the plant etc in a local E.tv (Oriya)channel they give him a capital punishment like Dismissal. Now the OPGC management has gone to high court challenging the LC’s disapproval.

Kindly advise us the pleading and ground.
