Hi ,

I have given on business person money on intrest basis with Aundment Signed by revenue stamp. Now due to some disputes between us he is refusing to give me money.

I came to know that his business and other property are not on his name , they are in name of his wife.

Now please kindly help me how can i file a case against him or i can get my money legallyyy
