I have Rented My shop to a person without rental agreement. Since Last 6 month Person is absonding and I am Not Able to trace him. There is Material left in my shope which belongs to person whome I rented the shope. Now I want to rent My shope to another person Please suggest.

I have Approached to Police but they said they cannt take the complaints as There is no rent Agreement.
