Hi

One of my relatives had bought 20+ acres of land from few farmers 20+ years ago.

Now after 20 years some miscreants are trying to instigate the sibling of the farmers who sold the land to take my relative to court saying that their consent was not taken while selling the land.

Can they approach the court with such case after 20 years? It would be unfair if they have to loose the land after owning it for 20+ years!

Please advise on path forward.
