iam srinivas frm nizamabad my father bhuma goud is the pattedar of land survey no182/2,182/3 the total land area is 1 acre. situated at Armoor town.one possessor named gangagoud layouted (plotting)total land without intimation to pattedar. my father is illitirate. so he dont know anything. gangagoud given a GPA TO Other person that person sold all 23 plots (in 1993 year)he not have any relationship with my father but he is in possissior in pahani adangal since 1964.he and my father did not have any documents they have only pahani adangal issud frm revenue dept.we not have pattedar pass book. now i want to recover my land from the plot owners (23 plot owners).please give me legal advice. or i have any right to sold that land to other person.
