Lateral exit in law schools

Hi there!

Can anyone help me out regarding the option of lateral exit in law schools which allows you to walk away with a B.A.(Law) degree at the end of the third year of 5 year Law course? What I mean to ask is whether it is still within the Bar Council rules and allows students to exit if they want to? Moreover in this regard whether it would be necessary to still pay up the fee of the whole 5 yrs?

I wouldn’t particularly say that I am very happy about things here in my law school but that ain’t the reason why I am asking this question. Right now I am going through a rather tough phase in my life and that is precisely the reason why I need to consider several options.

I appreciate your help, thank you so much, however before contacting my law school I would wish to know the correct and legal position over it so that if they say anything to the contrary I could just go and slam it right onto their face.

hey, im in a top 5 NLU and have the same query. im not happy with law as a profession and ive realised that im best suited to quit with the BBA degree at the end of 3rd year. can someone please tell if its possible? urgent

also, typhoon, did you get any info? which college are u from?
