Validity of electronic signatures

AnonymousLLB 20 Oct 2013, 12:45

I have found a solution to form legally binding contracts with clients through a online mechanism called electronic signatures. The electronic signatures are valid in many countries they have a mechanism to legally prove the identity of the signature.

I want to know whether electronic signatures are valid in India

Note : In India digital signatures are valid but it doesn’t suite my requirement.
