Me n my husband bought a flat from a builder. We got into an agreement on 4th April. Society was formed on 27th April as in on 27th April was the first GBM. We did registration on 18th July. Our index2 reflects d parking no which was allotted to us. Society however claims dat we don’t have a right over parking space as once society is formed builder has no right over the parking space. Builder says agreement was made before society was formed. Whom does the parking belong legally??
