Dear Sir,
Some criminal people came at office .he gave threat to manager to kill the owner of the office and demand 5 lakh rs. when denied ,they did fire shot with arm pistol. manager protect himself by hiding.when other people came .then crimanal people run and jump from height and they got minor wounds.people caught two people and remaining run and police arrested two person.
three ,four criminal people still outside hiding from police.
now two people who are in jail .they applied for bail. now other crimanal people and their family are giving threat to kill us and family members .Please suggest can these two crimanl peole can get the bail or not ?

Dear Querist
Appear before the court with IO & a written complaint regarding the threat given by other people to you & your family, it is the main point to grant bail that the accused are ready to undertake not to threaten the witnesses, complainant or destroy the evidence so argue the matter strongly with your advocate or yourself if you are able to do that.
dear sir ,
we want that the accused /crimal person will not get the bail in the district court. Main accused is farar ,not arrested yet. two accused has filed the bail application in the district court. how we can oppose there bail application so that there bail application get rejected ? please help
