Dear Sir/Maám,

This is regarding one of my neighbor. We stay in a flat in South Kolkata (Police Station-Patuli)and our neighbor who stays just behind our flat is creating huge issue. They think that we throw garbage near their house and they keep on abusing me and my old mother regularly and this thing is creating disturbance.We have explained to them several times but it has not helped much. So I need to know as how and where can I get help regarding this issue as I am a working person and my mother is not well, so she basically go through this disturbance regularly and it is affecting her physical and mental health.

Kindly guide/help regarding this issue.
