we have farmland near new mumbai panvel. that property belong to my grandfather. he want to sell that to the builder through estate agent.

everything was sounds fine till date of registration of of land. estate agent make wrong registration doccuments means the deal ammount that was done orally was not on the doccuments. it was much less than done orally.

my grandfather unaware of it and signed on doccuments. now agent is denying of of deal that orally done, and tell grandfather to go to court. i also have no idea of that deal. pls help me to out of this situation.
