Dear sir, my name is arul from pondicherry, india. Recently I have purchased a plot with house in pondicherry from a well known builder…in the layout the road was clearly marked.but it seems the builder did not purchase the road area which belongs to another party…I have already collected the key without the riad…as i was told they will do it soon…now its almost a year now. Now it seems the builder is having some dispute with the lanlord…how do I handle this…can I lodge a cheating case as the things are not as per the registered layout…appreciate your kind advise
