Dear Sir,

One of my friend had purchased a flat at Palam, near Airport, New Delhi and registered it in registrar office and the original receipt and paper collected by documentation parson and builder themselves, later last week builder had suicide. Now the documentation person saying that the builder borrowed 4.5 lakh money from him, So he is asking to us to pay the amount for original papers. We not paid even one penny to him, later we collected certified duplicate copy of the same from registrar office.

My question is that whether the documentation person can make any trouble to us by using this original papers?
