One of my relative is going through Divorce case. Divorce case is filed by my relative.

1. In a divorce case, can the girl side; ask share from property; which guy’s family (Parents’ or blood relatives ) are owning.

- recent refernce of similar case is one of Madras High Court case; where Court orders male to share property owned by his blood relatives to girl side.

2. Is there any new law changes similar to above from Supreme court.

3. My relatives’ divorce case is at Family court; mutual party had agreed on certain amount of rupees (as one time Alumni) for settlement.

Once case is settled in Family court; can the Girls’ side can again take the case to high court asking for more additional amount;

In case yes; please let know what are the steps so that case can be prevented from going to High Court.
