hello and regards.my father in law wants to make a will and wants to give the ancestral land to my husband and house made by him to my brother in law but somebody told that my brother in law can always claim for half the ancestral property later but can the settlement deed between my husband ,my brother in law and my father in law that the house made by my father in law is being given to my brother in law just because my brother in law has agreed that infuture he will not have any claim on the ancestral property solve the issue?
