hello ,

we have rented our first half basement to one event managment boy and after that he has just payed rent for 2 months , agreement was made in july 2012 and we have not renewed the same after 11 month as he is not paying the rent , we have filled one case us 146 bouncing of cheques given by him , and now its been more than an year that he is not paying the rent and vacating the premises after several reminders , so what else we can do , whether to go through legal gates or just shut the doors of basement ?

please help ASAP.
