Dear Sir,

Can you help me how to reply for the legal notice for bond breaking

my brother works in one company of past 3 years,now he resigned with valid resignation & formalities,then he went for the new job in abroad,now in their company they send the legal notice and ask to pay the amount 1 lakh something,in this situation my family also suffering a lott and we cant able to pay that much big amount.

Pls give me a solution.
