Non Ancestoral Property rights

I have a question for all esteemed lawyer colleagues
My Grandfather X bought a land from his own salary. He made a house on that again using his own income. Nowhere was any ancestoral property/money involved in the transactions.
Grandfather X has 2 sons and 1 daughter. Can he give the property to only one son and leave others empty handed. Is he required to mention in his will that he does not want any other sons/daughters to have a piece of his hard earned income.
Can that will then be challenged in court under any law/ court ruling.

it is your grand father absolute property he can write any thing in the will he can mention your coted conditions also
he is free to WILL to any of his son, according to his wish,provided, as u said if it is a self earned property.
