I have received the below mail on 24th, 27th and 30th september 2013.

It was mailed-by: adsender-180-2.adsender.us and signed-by: biorhythmfree.com. Mailed recived from (“business.news[at-the-rate-of]biorhythmfree[dot]com”

) Please give an advice for stop receiving such mails from the above email ID

If they have an express “unsubscribe” link, you may consider clicking on that.Else, just block the sender. The more you reply to spam, the more they get encouraged to spam you.
