I would like your help on this to put me in the right direction

My dad received a house from my grandfather after he passed away .. After this my dad has become the legal owner of this property but after getting this property he says that he will gift the same to his brother .We live in a joint family , But the building that we live in has 3 flats for 3 brothers .(My Dad and other two brothers)

My dad has two sons , We stay in West bengol since birth in the same house , My age is 32 years along with my twin brother

I would like to ask :

1) As my Dad says that he will GIFT the property to his brother is there any other way that we can reverse the gift or if we can take a STAY on the house .

ibarm

you have to clarify one thing wether your father got registered or unregistered settlement over the property from your grand father. if no the property devolve to the share holder . if yes he can write to any body through gift deed

Sorry for the Late reply

My house falls under the undevided hindu property

My grandmother left a will after which my dad and his 5 brother become the lagal owner , they have done some probate where my dad is the exicutor of the will , but they have not registered the houses on there name as none of them has 50000 for registartaion .

Now my dad is not in good terms with me after the house that he has received and he says that he will get some money from one of his brother example 1000000 and give the property as gift so that my mother and I along with my brother cannot claim the property

So I wanted to konw that is that GIFT VALID

and what can i do to stop this cause as my father he cannot just throw me out like this

Is there any law that can HELP ME
