Hi,

I wanted to get suggestion regarding contract tenure. Up to how many years of tenure is allowed in India for all officers, workers like nurses etc. If the employee is out of India abroad does the rule still have any benefit for Indian nurses abroad.

There are few nurses in Kuwait who sign bond of 5 years. Is it legal? How is our country allowing nurses to do such things.

Please help. All your suggestions are appreciated.
