My frnds problem

mr. Kumar had worked in one company for several years. Company provided rooms to stay him and his family. After completing 20years of job company decided to transfer those room to him.

now problem is that…

That apartment owner died. Company taken that room on rent for staying mr. Kumar. Company did rent agreement. Then at transfer they given agreement on 20rs stamp.

currently mr. Kumar living in same room since 32years. At the time of transfer agreement apartment was in ownership issue between owner’s sons and case is ging on. So that time transfer cannot possible due to case.

Now a days sons of apartment owner claim room in apartment. Can mr. Kumar get his room legally? All documents they have

1rent agreement on name of company

2 receipt of paid room tax

3 all document of them have addresse of that room

4 agreement (commitment) transfer by owner.
