Dear Sir,

I am going to buy a land in Chennai.

It has patta land.

my doubt is the seller has lost its one of the sale deed which is made on 1953.

after that the same plot transferred to different owners those documents and patta original are available with my seller.

Can i buy that land. some lawyer are saying 35 year document is enough to buy.

please help urgent
