My lawyer says we are waiting for preliminary order later will get another order. I dont understand what it is. can you explain the difference and its necessity . Myself and My cousins have a property in common in which the will says we need to form a trust and develop the property, in which i am not interested. when I said let us solve this issue out of the court they say no and if I am not joining they will start trust on their own and start enjoying the property. is it possible to do without my knowledge.(note :It is a registered will)
