I have been married for 6 years and about 2 years back i had some issues with my wife which got me into

drinking and it was there i met a girl who was working as a dancer there . we started having an affair . but i

had already told her that i was married and would not leave my present wife for any reason and would not be

able to marry this girl. but she said it was fine that i dont marry her and since she was not married , she had no

one to talk to and she was lonely ( she said her family was all about money ) .and that she would be having this

affair untill she finds somebody whom she can marry .about 8 months back she got pregent ( i am not sure

whether its my child as she worked in the bar and she would openly date other guests and she used to say that

it was her work and with me she was being loyal) . i know that this may be against law and moral grounds but i

tld her to have the baby aborted as i couldnt marry her or provide for the baby as my income was not enough

to support two families. She had come to my home once as she had missed her train once and she said she

didnt have anyother place to go . i told my family that she was my friends sister and she would be staying with

us for the day. while she was ther in my home she collected all the personal details about me like my home

address , land phone number , my wifes number and her parents details . i couldnt do anything as she was

doing this as then my family would get suspesious .

when she had time to abort the baby , she kept post poning it . she said that she would keep the baby and it

would in no way affect my life or my family reputation . she also has some pics of us together .

now she is blackmailing me for money and torturing me mentally. i have made some payments and when she

started asking for more i couldnt do it as i dont have the money to keep making teh payments and i told her

that i cannt keep doing this as i dont have that much money . then she called my wife and told my wife

everything . my wife said that she would stay by me as i had reconciled with my wife and asked for

forgiveness and told her that i wanted to have a normal life and get away from her . because now when i look

back , i can see how she has used me . then this girl called my parents and started threatening them that if i dont make the payments then she and her family would come to our place and create an issue in front of our neighbours . i am very worried about my family reputation as i did the mistake and i am really sorry for but my family had nothing to do with this. when i asked her about it she said that she had only began and if i didnt do as she says that she will ruin not only my life but also my family’s life .

i tried to do a comprimise with her but she doesnt want to hear anything about it ,

what are the steps that i should do here in this situation ? in case she goes to court , what will be her rights and do i have any rights her to protect me ?

i hope for a reply soon as she has given me a deadline for 2 days to make the next payment . the funds are being transfered through bank transfer to her elder sister’s son( almost 18 years ) personal account .
