My issue is regarding property will actualy my grandmother made a will before her death. And now i came to know by someone who has read the will papers that my grandmother made each and every son out of four equalent as nominees. but the problem is that from last few years she was living with my uncle and aunty(chacha chachi). And after her death they took the will as will was in grandmother’s almira at their home.Few days ago my father and his elder brother went to aunty’s home and ask for the will but she directly denies by saying that she is not going to give that and start using abusive language.Actualy the another thing is that before my grandmother’s death grandmother was taking govt pension from last 22years after the grandfather’s death and my grandfather was also having a big amout in his account like P.F and other security deposits etc etc which he had never spent on any one till the end of his life and never tranfer a single penny to anyones name …and my grandmother also bought two homes one in punjab and one in chandigarh .. and by checking out their detail i came to know that the home in chandigarh is still on grandmothers name and power of attorney is also on his name and the other plot in zirakpur was also on her name before her death but no info abt current owner… the main thing is that my grandmother was illeterate (anguthachhap)she didnt knew how to sign. And till her death she havent gave a single penny to any of her son… she was also having an atm card situated to a govt bank but after her death the aunt took it.and i dont know so far how much amout she ate both from her accounts and atm.. i know that in past years there was a govt rule that in 9 years your money become double and this is thrice if that… Some one told me that any of my grandmothers son cannot put case against their mother’s will on uncle and aunt that they are not providing us the copy of will,not even showing the will. But as a grandson can i put legal case on both of them…so that i can take my right… my grandfather was a peon and died near by 1990-1991and my grandmother was house wife died this year on 9jan2013 . please advice me that is there any duration period that in which i need to put the case in court and what is right possible way to tackle this issue i will be very thank full to you.. please help me..
